Maintenance and repairs
Existing soak wells can silt up or clog over time, especially where leaf litter and sand wash in. We also clean, maintain and repair existing soak wells so they keep draining the way they were designed to — and catch problems before they turn into flooding.

Stormwater rules vary between local councils in WA, but the general principle is the same: stormwater must be retained and disposed of within your own property.
